Job Description
Manage, be responsible for business results, solve problems arising in the assigned region/area.
Developing and opening new customers: new sales channels, mother & baby chain stores - MT channel.
Maintain customer relationships, identify new customer opportunities.
Synthesize reports, analyze information on market developments, information on competitors and make judgments in adjusting sales policies.
Collect information outside the market, solve problems arising outside the market (if any).
Strictly control the quantity of goods to ensure that the goods are always available as well as have a plan for the amount of inventory.
Deploy promotions in a timely and accurate manner, well perform the display of advertising items.
In charge of the inspection and display of assigned supermarket systems.
Arrange the goods on the shelves and take care of the shelves (Displaying goods according to Planogram at the supermarket), ensuring the correct and complete price list on the shelves.
Monitor promotions at the supermarket and ensure the implementation of promotions at the supermarket (gift goods, discount tables, product displays).
Checking and Tracking the quantity of inventory at the supermarket weekly.
Coordinate and support Marketing Department in Marketing programs, promoting sales.
Reporting to and under the management and supervision of the Sales Manager.
