Job Description:

• Monitor and manage all operational activities in the company, ensuring efficiency, quality and compliance in all operational processes of the company.
• Organizational design and human resource management.
• Lead, train, develop, evaluate performance of staff in the operations department; ensure staff development along with the development of the company.

Job requirements:

• Experience: At least 05 years of experience in the field of Livestream and Short Videos.
• Priority is given to those who have worked with Chinese employers.
• Qualification: University degree or higher in Business Administration/Business Administration/Human Resource Management, etc.
• Have good professional ethics, ensure compliance with company security regulations and operations.
• Passionate or interested in the entertainment and media industry.
• Have leadership ability, serious and responsible in work.
• Have a spirit of striving and progress in work.
• Able to communicate in English or Chinese.
