Position : Recruitment Manager (HR)

Salary : 20,000,000 VND - 30,000,000 VND

Location: Phu Ha Industrial Park, Phu Tho Town, Phu Tho Province

Request:

1. Graduated from human resource management, psychology, business administration or other related fields;
2. 5 years of experience (or more) in recruitment management for manufacturing companies;
3. Proficient in the recruitment process, with rich experience and proficiency in recruitment methods and channels. Understanding of relevant Vietnamese laws;
4. Job responsibilities:

• Improve and optimize recruitment systems, modes and processes;
• According to the human resource plan, combined with the recruitment needs of the department, build and
• Implement recruitment plan;
• Organize the development and improvement of human resource recruitment channels, post recruitment information, and organize recruitment activities;
• Coordinate and arrange interviews and, be responsible for analyzing recruitment results and following up on recruitment results;
• Organize and conduct employee statistics and build staff teams;
• Responsible for building and completing the talent database;
• Carry out work assigned by superiors
