- Advise the Board of Directors and General Director of the Company in the fields of finance and investment
finance, accounting and financial accounting operations;
- Organize operations of the finance and accounting department in compliance with laws and regulations
Company direction;
- Prepare and synthesize monthly and annual budgets: Organize and guide departments/departments
Build and control budget planning of departments/divisions in the company;
- Organize and prepare financial reports, tax reports, and management reports of the Company;
- Budget management and cost control;
- Participate in the Company's activities and financial plans: Maintain liquidity
and ensure operating cash flow in accordance with Company orientation, Working capital management
and capital mobilization;
- Ensure that the Enterprise's assets are controlled and used appropriately
reasonable and profitable;
- Analyze the Company's financial situation to identify strengths and weaknesses from there
propose measures to improve financial performance;
- Establish and transact with financial and credit institutions;
- Develop annual financial and business targets of the Company;

Experience required
Graduated from University or higher majoring in accounting, corporate finance, auditing or
related majors.
Have at least 3 years of experience in the position of Finance Director
Have in-depth knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Management at the enterprise
Understanding of State standards and regulations in the field of accounting and finance.
Skills in synthesizing, analyzing, and controlling corporate finances
Management, leadership and employee training skills;
CFA certification preferred
