I. Job Description:
- On behalf of the Company to work directly with the Investor, survey the current status, receive requests and advise on idea orientation for the Investor.
- Manage the Design department and control the design of interior works.
- Proposing the optimal solution, catching up with the trend of interior design and materials.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of detailed interior construction drawings.
- Control design drawings, construction, detect and provide solutions to handle problems.
- Participating in approving samples of finishing materials, accessories and equipment samples.
- Connect and manage contractors to carry out design work, control project technical documents.
- Report the work progress to the Board of Directors.
- Other professional jobs.

II. Request
- Graduated from College / University or above majoring in Architecture / Interior.
- Have 4-5 years of experience in interior design/construction (Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the position of Head of Design Department or Creative Director at Interior Design companies).
- Knowledge and experience in interior design and construction of restaurants / hotels.
- Capturing new technical standards and materials for interior construction.
- Have skills and experience in management and training. Honesty and sensitivity in handling problems.
- Ability to build good relationships with related parties/departments.
- Proficient in the use of relevant software.
- Have high responsibility in work and complete the work on time

- Income: Attractive salary (40 million to 60 million VND) + bonus according to the project.
