Manage and supervise the entire garment manufacturing process, from material preparation to product finishing.

Establish a production process.

Implement the production plan.

Workplace safety management and staff development.

Analyze and plan production based on orders and factory production capacity.

Manage and coordinate manpower, machinery, and equipment during the production process.

Inspect the quality of the final product, ensuring it meets the established quality standards.

Propose solutions to improve production processes in order to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Manage and control raw materials, ensuring sufficient materials for the production process.

Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure production schedules are met.

Regularly update and keep abreast of new technologies and techniques in the garment industry.

Train and guide team members on technical aspects and production processes.

Submit periodic production reports to superiors.

- Job requirements:

Proficient in English or Chinese communication.

Graduated from a college/university with a major in garment technology or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing management.

Master the garment manufacturing process, including basic and advanced sewing techniques.

Experienced in personnel management and effective work coordination.

Proficient in using production management software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Highly responsible, careful, and meticulous.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
