Job Description
Work content:
Prepare and organize the implementation of the Company's business plan
Organize the collection, analysis, evaluation of market information and make suggestions and recommendations
Implement the Company's business policies
Approve and control Company-level sales contracts according to Company regulations
Implement customer support activities
Manage the Company's business activities to ensure compliance with the Company's regulations and Vietnamese Law
Approve the group's business plan
Training employees to ensure adequate supply of company human resources within the scope of responsibility
Build and develop customer service
Building a professional image and behavior for the Company; Make annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans for the Company
Ensure compliance of the Company's activities with the quality system
Organize the handling of customer complaints at the Company level
Organize recruitment and training for positions and employees of the Company
Report on the Company's business activities to the Board of General Directors.
Requirements on qualifications and experience of foreign workers:
Regarding professional qualifications and work experience: Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration; or have at least 5 years of experience working in the field of management and operations of the business and have been issued a written confirmation of at least 5 years of experience working in a manager position.
Regarding foreign language proficiency: Employees must be proficient in Chinese (4 skills: listening - speaking - reading - writing) to be able to communicate fluently with customers as well as develop training programs.
