1. Responsible for developing & optimizing sustainable Marketing strategies for the entire chain of hotel/resort systems of the Group. Including branding; strategic initiatives and effective marketing activities to achieve long-term goals of brand value, market share and profit.
2. Advise the Board of Directors on short, medium and long-term marketing strategies in brand positioning.
3. Building the entire organizational structure and staffing according to the Group's system chain.
4. Responsible for profitability strategies, execution, market operations and meeting budget targets, forecasts, optimal business structure.
5. Analyze and set annual revenue targets, marketing budgets and forecasts.
6. Research and implement a close cooperation relationship between Sales & Marketing department and other related departments to handle customer complaints, improve service quality and customer satisfaction client.
7. Actively manage the development of new products and services.
8. Building, managing and evaluating the effectiveness of Marketing activities (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
9. Monitor, implement and optimize online advertising campaigns to attract potential customers.
10. Building & Managing PR team, event program (Event), Media Agency.
11. Build & Manage Digital Marketing team, Digital Marketing tools (google ads, videos, online banners, landing pages, re-marketing, etc.)
12. Analyze training programs created for employee development.
13. Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
