Job Description
Monitor overall order progress and dispatch orders according to production deployment orders.
Together with the planning department, confirm the order completion date when receiving the production deployment order from Sales: division at the factory and outsourcing.
Check the actual norms of all types of goods on a monthly basis. Adjust accordingly.
Assign specific tasks to employees upon receiving requests.
Build and check production costs and periodically report to the Board of Directors.
Sign the internal warehouse release note for the factory according to the norms in the order plan. If the quota is exceeded, you must make a table of additional costs for the Board of Directors to approve.
Sign the goods release note from the factory.
Board of Directors meeting on Saturday in the middle of the month.
Check and complete the annual business plan and factory capacity for the Board of Directors.
Receive guests when they come into the factory and have requests.
Propose resolution of complaints to customers regarding production orders upon receipt.
Support sales and human resources in production and factory when customers inspect.
