Job Description

Job content .
1. Recruit, train, manage and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets.
2. Approach and take care of customers to sell the company's products.
3. Actively exploiting more customer database collected from sources outside the system to increase the number of customers for the company.
4. Focus on selling corporate shares.
5. Coordinate the implementation of consulting and product closing steps with customers in accordance with the company's regulations.
6. Make daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly work reports.
7. Follow instructions from superiors.

Candidate requirements .
1. Graduated from college or university.
2. Working experience from 5 years in real estate business, finance, banking, insurance, securities,…
3. Skilled in team management and development.
4. Having held similar positions in other enterprises is an advantage.

Working time:
1. From Monday to Saturday every week
2. Morning: 8:00am - 12:00pm
3. Afternoon: 13h30 - 17h30
