Job Description

• Manage and direct all business activities of the company, including consulting service packages and building relationships with customers.
• Directing business strategy, setting sales and profit targets for the company.
• Make a business plan and come up with solutions to achieve those goals.
• Coordinate personnel and coordinate with other departments to organize the event program.
• Recruit, manage and train sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and meet customer requirements.
• Monitor and report sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and recommend solutions to improve that effectiveness.
• Build and develop relationships with customers and business partners to strengthen the company's presence in the market.
