1. Making and organizing the implementation of the Company's business plan:- Responsible for the management and administration, implementation and supervision of the Company's business activities to ensure the achievement of set sales targets;
- Responsible for efficiency and sales targets before the Board of Directors;
- Develop plans to expand, develop products and services of the Company according to business objectives and forecast market demand;
- Find, expand, and maintain customers according to Company policy;
- Organizing the implementation of business strategies, conferences/workshops and customer care; implementing activities to support customers;
- Manage, promote and develop cooperative relationships with partners. Representing the Company to negotiate with strategic partners and customers;
2. Personnel management:- Building the organizational structure of personnel and overall management of the unit's activities;
- To assume the prime responsibility for coordinating resources within the unit to implement the business plan approved by the Board of Directors;
- Manage, evaluate work performance, work performance and work consciousness and spirit of employees in the unit.
3. Organization, planning and training:- Organize training to improve knowledge and skills for employees to achieve Business goals.
- Monitor employee activities to ensure employees apply the skills trained.
4. Join the Company's advanced training programs to improve financial knowledge as well as develop management skills
5. Perform other duties as directed by the Board of Directors
