Prepare and organize the implementation of the Company's business plans and policies; Organize the collection, analysis, evaluation of market information and make suggestions and recommendations.
- Approve and control sales contracts according to Company regulations
- Implement customer support activities
- Responsible for managing the Company's business activities before the Board of General Directors, ensuring compliance with Company regulations and Vietnamese Law.
- Build, develop and manage the dealer chain in the system.
- Training employees to ensure adequate human resources for the company
- Building a professional image and behavior for the Company; Make annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans.
- Organize the handling of customer complaints at the Company level
- Evaluate subordinate employees
- Report on the Company's business activities to the Board of General Directors
