RAITO-FECON company specializes in the field of construction background treatment, using advanced Japanese technologies such as CG, Jet, BDJ, .. needs to recruit PM with the following jobs: 1. Co-managing the project management department and the company's project management tasks, ensuring optimal use of resources, effective project management 2. Business Development/
Finding customers, building, developing relationships with customers
Coordinate with Planning Department and Project Development Department to carry out sales activities,
Coordinating and managing the bidding work of the Board.
3. Coordination of bidding/
Receive information and allocate resources to prepare bidding documents or clarify technical requirements, progress and quality.
Coordinate the preparation of construction technical documents: construction methods and quality management process.
4. Perform project management for assigned projects/
Overall management at the project; Progress management; Quality management; Safety management; Risk management; Cost management; Human Resource Management;
Coordinate human resources to implement projects, supervise positions to ensure work progress.
Responsible for project completion time as planned/
Representing the Company to work with stakeholders at the project (TVGS, Investor, construction unit, subcontractor).
Evaluate the project at the end, analyze the targets that have been and have not been achieved
5. Manage and develop the organization of the project management department
Develop a target system, action plan for the unit in charge to ensure the overall goal of the system in terms of quality / progress / cost / labor safety
Establishing, implementing and controlling the implementation of the mechanism of decentralization and contract assignment
Establish processes to evaluate project performance to ensure objectives.
Develop core competencies in project implementation and propose improvements to the Company's project management models
Organize and implement training and development plans for the Construction Management team in general and infrastructure in particular.
Participate in training and development of technical resources, project management, construction team, equipment, supplier network... of the Company.
Periodic and irregular human resource assessment according to the Company's regulations.
Professional knowledge/ Professional knowledge
University or higher in construction, geotechnical engineering
Fluent communication in English/
Read and understand the company's product and service system
