- Job details:

• Managing the company's day-to-day business operations;
• Manage customer relationships and represent the company in negotiating and signing contracts with client partners.
• Implement the decisions of the Company Owner;
• Making decisions on matters related to the company's day-to-day business operations;
• To organize and implement the company's business plan and investment strategy;
• Issue internal management regulations for the company;
• Appointing, dismissing, and removing managers within the company, except for those under the authority of the company owner;
• Proposing a plan for the company's organizational structure;
• Submit the annual financial statement to the Company Owner;

Proposing methods for using profits or handling losses in business.
