1. Job Description :

Checking invoices and input documents to make receipts, payments and transfers
Check invoice, input voucher to make payment voucher & remmitance.
Update certificate in accounting software
Update voucher in to accounting software.
Prepare Payment Request Letter on accounting software to send to customers
Prepare debit note on accounting system and send it to clients.
Issue VAT invoices and complete payment records for customers upon request
Issue VAT invoice and complete requested documents such as time sheet, detail of Distribution, contract…
Requiring customers to pay outstanding amounts.
Remind client to settle outstanding payment.
Prepare monthly internal revenue and expenditure reports or other reports when required.
Prepare monthly internal report including collection, payment… or other reports as requirement.
Check and compare detailed accounts and statements of VAT and contractor tax reports.
Cross check detail of general ledgers, imput and out put of VAT report, FCT report.
Some other jobs as required by Chief Accountant or Director
Other tasks as assigned by Chief accountant or Managing partner from time to time.

Know how to use accounting software such as FAST, BRAVO, CMS,…

Graduated from University with a major in Accounting
Has graduated from accounting department of a college or university.
At least 3 years of working experience in the accounting field, preference is given to candidates who have worked in service companies.
Experience in accounting for at least 3 years, priority given to candidates who have worked in service companies.
