JOB DETAILS:
This is an accounting position that assists with data entry, invoicing, tracking income and expenses, and reconciling accounts, with opportunities for training in accounting procedures and English language skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter the provided data into the accounting software.
- Generate invoices and track income and expenses.
- Close and reconcile accounts at the end of each month.
- Assisting with report preparation, payroll calculation, and related accounting tasks.
REQUEST:
- Graduated with a major in Accounting, Financial Accounting, or equivalent fields.
- No experience required (separate training will be provided). Recent graduates or those awaiting their diplomas/graduation certificates are welcome.
- Good command of English, especially speaking and writing skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Capable of completing tasks on time and handling multiple deadlines.
- Possesses teamwork skills, is proactive, and eager to learn.
