Job Description

work content
• Regularly check E-gaming machines to ensure there is no tampering with the machines
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot technical problems of all e-gaming machines (Interblock, Aristocrat) in the club
• Maintain awareness of equipment standards and software revision levels and stay current on technology and solutions through training and technical materials.
• Monitor and program the machine's PCU board according to regulatory standards for many types of gaming machines.

Job requirements:
• Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other equivalent experience
• At least 1 year or more of experience working in a technical or IT environment with good technical knowledge of networking and PC hardware
• Prioritize basic understanding of machine parts, assembly and cabinets
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and analyze technical problems. Have practical hardware troubleshooting experience
• Proficient in using electric and hand tools
• Ability to work in groups and independently
