As a leading Shopping Mall developer, AEONMALL will create "Life Design Developer" across Japan and arond the world. We are going to build many Shopping Malls around Vietnam until 2020. Each staff in our company will have many changes to promote and develop in the career. Until now, we have 4 shopping malls in Vietnam: Celadon Tan Phu (Ho Chi Minh), Canary (Binh Duong), Long Bien (Ha Noi), Binh Tan (HCM) & we are going to open more shopping malls in Vietnam.

1. Kiểm tra tình trạng hệ thống cơ sở vật chất trong TTTM
2. Thường xuyên tuần tra xung quanh trung tâm mua sắm để đảm bảo hệ thống cơ sở vật chất luôn trong tình trạng tốt và an toàn.
3. Đảm bảo người thuê, người xây dựng tuân theo các quy tắc và quy định của Trung tâm mua sắm.
4. Giải quyết mọi khiếu nại, sự cố, vi phạm từ Người thuê liên quan đến việc sử dụng cơ sở vật chất, an ninh và các tiện ích.
5. Hợp tác và kiểm tra hoạt động an ninh và kỹ thuật, vệ sinh của nhà cung cấp, đối tác dịch vụ.
6. Thực hiện các báo cáo theo yêu cầu.
7. Các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công.
