• Job Description
• Assist the Director in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with B2C consumers.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.)
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels to reach out to B2C customers.
• Make sure the website content is up-to-date and precise.
• Make monthly report from existing Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
• Manage the company tours and listing on E-commerce and third-party partners' websites.
• Taking care of B2C customers and handling all requests that come from the company website and E-commerce to convert B2C leads to customers.
• Be open to other tasks requested by the Director.
• 
  Requirements and skills
  The ideal candidate will have a passion for online marketing and ecommerce.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business studies/ Administration/ Commerce/ Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year + work experience in ecommerce, social media and email campaigns,
• Experience in making reports from compiling data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
• Good in English (4 skills)
• Can use design software (InDesign, Illustrator) is an advantage.
• Proactive in work with a can-do attitude, open mindset and being able to work independently.
