Job Description

    Job Responsibilities

    Create, update and optimize product listings on eBay and Amazon to increase visibility and conversion rates.

    Write attractive, SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and bullet points , using appropriate keywords.

    Research the market and tastes of European and American customers, especially in wooden signs, metal signs, ornaments, POD apparel products.

    Inventory management, update quantity of goods on the floors.

    Research competitors, recommend pricing strategies and product trends.

    Handle product and store related issues (listing errors, suppressed listings).

    Customer care and support, handling inquiries/complaints.

    Requirements

    • 1+ years of experience managing stores and listings on eBay/Amazon (priority given to candidates who have worked with audio products, especially Bose).
    • Good English (reading, writing), ability to create SEO standard content is an advantage.
    • Experience using eBay Seller Hub & Amazon Seller Central .
    • Have basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
    • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets to manage and upload in bulk.
    • Love researching European and American consumer culture and products.
    • Ability to solve problems and handle incidents quickly.
    • Spirit of learning, progress, with orientation to develop into management position.
