- Job details:
1. Salary and benefits management
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, allowances, and deductions as per regulations.
- Check and compare attendance data, overtime, leave, etc.
- Ensure timely salary payments and compliance with company regulations.
- Manage and implement employee benefits programs.
2. Social Insurance & Personal Income Tax
- Perform procedures related to social insurance, including: reporting increases and decreases in employee numbers, adjusting information, and settling insurance benefits for employees.
- Filing and settling Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Advise and support employees on issues related to salaries, insurance, and taxes.
3. Human Resources Data Management & Employee Records
- Develop and standardize employment contract templates in accordance with the law and company policies.
- Manage and update personnel records, employment contracts, contract addendums, and related personnel documents.
- Manage and update HR data on the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy, security, and data integrity.
- Prepare periodic human resources reports and analyze human resources data for management purposes.
4. Salary, Bonuses & Benefits Policy
- Assisting in reviewing, updating, and implementing policies on salaries, bonuses, benefits, etc.
- Propose process improvement solutions to enhance the efficiency of payroll processing and employee experience.
Stay updated on new legal regulations and ensure the company fully complies with all applicable regulations.
5. Other tasks
- Job requirements:
- Graduated with a major in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or as an HR Generalist with strong experience in the C&B field.
- Thorough understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, regulations on Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax (PIT).
- Experience using HRIS systems such as Base HRM, MISA AMIS HRM, SAP, Odoo, or equivalent human resource management software is an advantage.
Skills & Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially functions and tools such as PivotTable, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other data processing functions.
Possesses strong data analysis and reporting skills, and prioritizes accuracy in work.
Honest, careful, and possessing a strong sense of confidentiality.
Possesses strong communication and coordination skills, effectively collaborating with other departments.
Proactive, responsible, and always striving to improve work processes.
