Detect and promptly handle technical infrastructure problems during construction.
Monitor, supervise and manage construction contracts, regularly urge the progress of teams and subcontractors to ensure timely construction progress.
Proposing, monitoring and checking the quantity of materials and equipment provided to the construction site.
Monitor and check the acceptance volume of teams and subcontractors.
Carrying out acceptance test of project documents, completion documents, payment and settlement of works.
Proposing unreasonable issues during the construction process to the investor for timely correction.
Participating in the inspection / acceptance of construction works with related parties
