Role description:
• Be in charge of planning and execution of digital marketing strategy, including market research and targeting, social media outreach, SEO, newsletters and brand building
• Work with team to conduct research on market trends, competitors, build user personas to optimize end-to-end user journey to drive UX, engagement and conversions
• Increase traffic to website by executing email and social media campaigns
• Curate content for website, social channels as well as other assets on Youtube
• Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success
• Ensure consistent brand image

Requirements:
• Broad understanding of different aspects of digital marketing
• Good understanding and experience in marketing metrics and using digital marketing tools for tracking/ optimization/ insights (Google Analytics, Crazy Egg,…)
• Demonstrate experience in SEO/SEM content creation, running email and social media campaigns
• Growth mindset, motivated to learn
• Smart and highly self-disciplined
