Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    A. DEVELOPING A DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY (20%)
    1. STRATEGIC PLANNING
    - Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, Social Media, CRM, etc.) based on business objectives and budget.
    - Propose an investment plan for digital channels that align with the target audience and market trends.
    2. RESEARCH & ANALYSIS
    - Analyze customer behavior, competitors, and digital trends to identify growth opportunities.

    B. MANAGEMENT & IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL CAMPAIGN (50%)
    1. SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNEL MANAGEMENT
    - Plan content, advertising campaigns, and engagement strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
    - Optimize advertising performance (CPC, CTR, CPM...) and increase engagement rate.
    2. SEO & SEM Management
    - Optimizing the website to improve search engine rankings (SEO).
    - Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CPAS campaigns to increase traffic and generate quality leads.
    3. BUILDING AN AUTOMATION SYSTEM & NEW TRENDS
    - Plan and collaborate with CRM and Web Developers to implement and build an automation system, increasing customer service efficiency.
    - Optimize the user experience (UX/UI) on the website and app.
    - Research and implement new tools (AI, chatbots, marketing automation, etc.) to increase campaign effectiveness.
    4. BUDGET MANAGEMENT
    - Allocate budget effectively across digital channels and measure ROI.
    - Optimize advertising costs to achieve goals with minimal budget.

    C. PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & REPORTING (10%)
    1. MEASURING KPIs
    - Monitor key performance indicators (traffic, conversion rate, cost per lead, ROI, etc.) and report on them.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    Educational background:
    - Graduated from university with a major in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields.
    - Having certifications or courses in Digital Marketing is an advantage.

    Work experience:
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably candidates with experience in the FMCG industry, especially cosmetics and personal care products.
    - Experienced in building and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.

    Professional competence:
    - Possess a strong understanding of Digital Marketing and digital communication channels.
    - Experienced in using tools for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of Digital Marketing.
    - Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
