JOB DESCRIPTION:- Create and coordinate the organization's consulting and training plans, including developing the overall plan, timeline, budget, and resources.
- Coordinate project activities with relevant stakeholders, including clients, trainers, experts, and other project members, and monitor their progress to ensure that results are met. Project results meet customer requirements and quality standards.
- Perform other related support tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, reports, and project summary documents.
- Monitor the effectiveness of student recruitment for teacher and parent education training classes, propose ideas and coordinate with relevant departments (recruitment, marketing, expertise...) to Promote recruiting effectiveness.
- Manage resources of training and consulting projects (training schedule, lecture schedule, rooms and equipment, training materials...) and ensure resources are always ready and timely.
- Regularly update project issues, student customer feedback... to the Board of Directors and propose necessary ideas and solutions.
REQUEST- University graduate majoring in business administration, education or other related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of project management coordination experience, preferably in the field of training and educational consulting.
- Skills needed:
- Skills in organizing work, time management, and multi-task management.
- Communication and problem-solving skills with people, especially cooperation skills with others.
- English (reading, writing) is fluent.
- Progressive, eager to learn, meticulous in work.
- Having experience working with customers (B2B) in a consulting, training, and service environment is an advantage
