Job Description

Job description:
• Manage and run all activities of the Customer Service department
• Planning, managing and implementing the work plan of the Service Department
• Make a warranty and maintenance plan according to the prescribed period
• Prepare training plan to guide customers to operate generators, rigs…
• Responsible for handling customer complaints, providing technical advice to customers
• Managing and planning periodic spare parts warehouse for warranty and repair.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle and improve nonconforming products.
• Advise the Board of Directors and direct the work related to warranty and repair.
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
