Job Objective:

• Responsible for monitoring and developing product designs from design stage to trial production.
• Ensure that developed samples meet customer requirements in terms of quality, time and cost.
• Act as a bridge between customers, suppliers and internal departments (production, engineering, QA)
  

Main tasks:

• Receive and analyze technical documents and sample requests from customers.
• Contact customers/suppliers to clarify technical requirements and raw materials.
• Monitor the sampling process, coordinate with engineering, QA and production to ensure progress.
• Prepare bill of materials (BOM) and coordinate preliminary pricing.
• Monitor, control sample quality, package and send samples to customers on time.
• Update project information, report progress and handle arising issues.
• Communicate and exchange with customers in English when necessary.
