Job Description
1/ SMALL KITCHEN - Main stand, in charge of main dishes at the restaurant - Supervising the implementation and presentation of dishes according to standards - Assist the chef in inspecting food before serving, ensuring it meets food hygiene and safety standards - Control of goods and auxiliary materials used to process dishes. - Perform inspection and maintenance of all equipment. 2/ KITCHEN ACCESSORIES - Preliminary processing of vegetables and ingredients used to prepare dishes - Prepare food according to Menu. - Control dishes before reaching customers. - Manage the Kitchen area. - Take full responsibility for the quantity and quality of goods, vegetables and food purchased upon arrival to the kitchen department. - More details will be discussed during the interview.
