- Compile and develop professional training textbooks (product knowledge, sales consulting skills, etc.)
- Build in-depth knowledge about Skin, Cosmetics, and Spa Treatments
- Direct training on knowledge of cosmetics, cosmetic chemistry, sales skills, sales management and soft skills for sales team, sales staff and agents.
- Make monthly and annual training plans and implement them
- Professional consultation for Spas and Demo of professional skin care treatments
- Research and grasp new industry trends to apply practically in training
- Participate in supporting the Company's Customer Agent events
- Other tasks as directed by the Department Head & Board of Directors
