- Receive customer data from the Company, contact customers to introduce and book appointments for customers to experience the Company's products and services (resort tourism products). - Consulting and answering customers' questions about the company's product and service policies and programs. - Scenario development, call assurance and call quality. - Perform other tasks and report periodically as assigned by the Team Leader and the Board of Directors of the Company. - Working by office hours from 8:30 am - 17:30 pm, working 6 days/week.
