Job Responsibilities

• Respond to messages and comments promptly, accurately, and thoroughly.
• Communicate with the Singapore team to update order information or handle arising issues.
• Arrange delivery/shipping services according to customer requests.
• Check and follow up on alteration/repair schedules with internal departments.
• Support data entry and reporting on the KiotViet system.
• Assist in checking shift handover within the team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

• Students aged 18 to 21.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Own a personal laptop.
• Rotating 3 shifts per day, Monday to Sunday: 9 AM 1 PM; 1 PM 5 PM; 5 PM 9 PM (Online and Offline).
• Mandatory in-office presence 12 days per week. Shift duty applies to weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of fashion is an advantage.
• Careful, detail-oriented, quick, dynamic, and positive.
