- Manage all activities of the Showroom including: Product Display, Inventory, Infrastructure, Customer Care,... to ensure customer satisfaction with service and product
- Managing, assigning work shifts & training product knowledge for Sales staff at Showroom
- Conduct customer surveys, take care of customers (In person & by phone), receive & offer effective & timely solutions to resolve customer complaints as well as best meet the needs of customers
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Showroom Manager.
