- Job details:

• Human resource management: Scheduling work shifts, assigning tasks, and training and coaching employees;
• Sales management: Monitoring revenue, inventory, handling inquiries/complaints;
• Cost and asset management: Controlling expenses, preserving assets, building the store's image;
• Market research: Monthly Honda market share report, proposed sales promotion programs;
• Regular reports for the Board of Directors and Honda Vietnam;
• Other tasks as required by superiors.

- Job requirements:

• Male, born in 1990 or later, graduated from college/university or higher in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Proficient in office computer skills and possesses a professional demeanor.
• Having at least 2 years of experience in a management position (candidates with experience in the automotive, motorcycle, electronics, or mobile phone industries are preferred);
• Understanding the market, strong organizational, management, and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
• It is possible to rotate work locations at stores in Long Dien, Chau Duc, and Phu My (the company provides transportation for employees).
• Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the former Vung Tau City.
