- Job details:

A. Customer Service (CS)

• Receive and process customer requests via email, chat, and the sales system.
• Addressing issues related to orders: order status, delivery, exchanges/returns, and complaints.
• Monitor and update the ticket processing status, ensuring timely responses.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle any arising issues.

B. Fulfillment

• Track and process orders daily on the system (Shopify or similar platform).
• Verify order information before submitting the order to the supplier/fulfillment partner.
• Monitor production and delivery progress, handle faulty orders, delayed orders, and returned orders.
• Work with fulfillment partners/shipping companies to ensure orders are processed correctly.
• Compile and reconcile order data, and report on fulfillment status as required.

C. Other

Proactively identify problems during the application processing and suggest solutions.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

- Job requirements:

• Graduated from college/university (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or E-commerce).
• Having at least one year of experience in Customer Service, Fulfillment in the e-commerce, POD, or logistics fields is an advantage.
• Basic English reading and writing skills are required (for the international market).
• Proficient in office software (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Careful, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
