Job description:
1. Responsible for the assigned project sales to achieve the target (according to ROI and KPIs) according to the department manager's plan.
2. Manage and lead the team (Advertising, content Marketing. and implement content marketing on offline/online channels: Facebook, Website, Livestream, ... to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
3. Set up the assigned budget for orientation and content strategy to increase brand awareness, improve conversion rate, increase revenue...
4. Editing, censoring, evaluating, and taking responsibility for the quality of content on Fanpage, website content staff. Analyze and evaluate performance based on metrics
5. Measure how the production content factors affect sales & marketing to propose effective communication channels.
Job requirements:
- At least 02 years working in the position of Content Leader or equivalent.
- Know how to plan content: Content direction (Content direction quarterly, monthly)
- Ability to create a difference in Marketing campaigns
- Graduated from College, University or above majoring in MKT
- Female. Under 30 years old
- Ability to present in front of a crowd
- Planning and execution skills.
- Able to work in a team & independently
- Careful, meticulous, neat, correct spelling and grammar
