- Manage and create content on platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo, Website, SMS, Email

- Build content strategy in line with business goals and brand orientation.

- Plan detailed content by month, week, day: serving campaigns, sales, events, seasons

- Manage and approve content from collaborators, design and media departments.

- Direct content creation: articles, communication messages, slogans, taglines, short video scripts

- Closely coordinate with Media, Online Marketing, and Customer Service departments to ensure consistency of communication messages.

- Track content performance, analyze data and recommend content improvements.
