II. SPECIFIC WORK:

• Content Creation: Write articles and create content for videos that follow trends, catch trends and attract viewers.
• Design/edit: Support with ideas for posters, banners... about products/promotion programs, support editing videos on social platforms (Tiktok, Facebook).
• Marketing support: Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategic content, brainstorm ideas for campaigns.
• Customer consulting: Support customers directly and on social, collect insights to propose new content ideas.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Age 18-25 (from 2006): Young, dynamic candidates, sensitive to digital content trends
• Know how to use editing tools: Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar is an advantage
• Communication and teamwork: Not afraid to communicate with customers, work effectively in a team.
• Working method: Hybrid (onsite + remote combination).
