Job details- Finding and developing relationships with potential customers and partners to negotiate and sign economic contracts.
- Propose, develop and implement appropriate business strategies.
- Manage, orient and train sales staff on knowledge and skills.
- General management and control of personnel situation, costs and all activities of the consol sales department. Ensure sales and targets are met.
- Perform periodical reports and other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors of the Company
