1. Job description:
- Consulting FPT Telecom customers Upgrade equipment/service packages or use other products and services.
- Advise customers on using products and services provided by FPT Telecom such as: Internet, FPTPlay Television, FPT Camera, other services...
- Interact and respond quickly and promptly, ensuring effective coordination with relevant units to serve customer requests.
2. Requirements:
- Currently a student or have graduated from high school.
- Love business, high ability to work independently.
- Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Have basic knowledge of sales channels and social networks.
- Have a customer-centric mindset.
