Job Description

• Perform scanning and classification of files and documents according to company requirements.
• Check image quality after scanning, ensure clarity and complete information
• Organize and store scanned files into an electronic document management system
• Support data entry from paper records to electronic management systems when necessary
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth application processing

Candidate requirements

• No experience required, the company will train from the beginning
• Careful, meticulous, able to work with large volumes of documents
• Honesty, information security
• Able to withstand work pressure, can work overtime when necessary

Interest

• Trained in work processes and use of specialized software.
• Income: Fulltime: 190k/8 hours to reach the standard + 10k/day for diligent PC (working from 20 days/month). Parttime: 95k/4 hours to reach the standard + 5k/session for diligent PC (working from 20 days/month)
• Special: Project staff referral bonus 150k/personnel (working 7 full working days to meet the quota or more)
