Job Description

• Perform scanning and classification of files and documents according to company requirements.
• Check image quality after scanning, ensure clarity and complete information
• Organize and store scanned files into an electronic document management system
• Support data entry from paper records to electronic management systems when necessary
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth application processing

Candidate requirements

• No experience required, the company will train from the beginning
• Currently a student or graduate from high school or higher
• Careful, meticulous, able to work with large volumes of documents
• Honesty, information security
• Able to withstand work pressure, can work overtime when necessary

Interest

• Trained in work processes and use of specialized software.
• Income up to 240k/8 hours meeting work standards - Scanning - Vietnamese data entry.

Work location

- Lam Dong: Yet Kieu, Ward 5, Da Lat City

Working time

Monday - Saturday (from 08:00 to 17:00)
