HR has the opportunity to become an official Data employee if they meet the job requirements well.
Specific work assigned

• Convert PDF files to Word files, spell check Word files
• Fix Word file format, PDF file, fix text spelling errors
• Update text properties
• Prepare documents and records for Customer Service Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
a) General requirements:

• Education and Training: College graduate or above.
• Occupation: Social Division, Archives
• Office skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel;
- Good typing ability is required;
- Experience proofreading print house manuscripts is an advantage.

• Foreign language ability: English communication
• Experience time: Not required

b) Specific requirements:

- Ability to synthesize and edit information well
- Qualities suitable for static work
- Diligent, careful

- Perform well the work assignment of the department head and the Chief Executive Officer in charge
- Good coordination among team members
