- Skilled worker positions with experience in Welding, Painting, Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance... (attached positions), belonging to Group 2 & 3 Workers are recruited directly and signed labor contracts officially with VinFast.
- PV schedule for Group 2 & 3 workers: At 13:00 from Monday afternoon to Friday afternoon every day of the week.
- The company only contacts reporters with applications that meet the requirements.

Note: Simple Worker positions, no experience required, Group 1 Workers will sign a labor contract with the contractor, directly recruited and managed by the contractor (Only interviews in the mornings during week)
