➢ Check the pump operating status of all tanks based on the Maintenance checklist
➢ Check the parameters (pH, COD, temperature, DO, SV30...) of the system when accepting shifts and operating the wastewater treatment system.
➢ Take the sludge from the sludge dewatering machine to the waiting area for treatment.
➢ Clean the sludge dewatering machine, equipment, and ETP area after the end of each shift.
➢ Take samples, test samples, and prepare wastewater treatment chemicals according to regulations.
➢ Check and adjust the water pressure to create sludge in the DAF tank system.
➢ Review and sign documents and forms according to regulations.
➢ Report abnormal conditions of the system or equipment
➢ Record all information such as water flow through the treatment system, amount of chemicals used, and operating status.
➢ Check and pump water from the 60m3 tank to the ETP system for treatment every shift.
➢ Know how to operate production and domestic wastewater treatment systems.
➢ Know how to operate:
o DAF dissolved gas flotation system,
o Activated microbial sludge biological treatment system,
o Equipment's sludge dewatering machine,
o Control water quality after treatment,
o Know how to handle system problems, if any.
➢ Collect sludge from treatment stages; Clean tanks, machinery and equipment and ensure that the entire system is always neat and clean. Maintain cleanliness of factory machinery, equipment, and system tanks.
➢ Manually adjust the hand valves of the aeration pumps to ensure even DO in the Stirring tanks (2 tanks), Aeration tanks (4 tanks)
➢ Perform other assigned tasks.
