Job Description:

- Coordinate with the system to improve the teaching quality of teachers.
- Plan and arrange appropriate teaching schedules for each program, observe and evaluate teachers.
- Manage branch teachers and students, handle student and teacher issues related to training quality.
- Entrance test for new students (from junior level to adult program).
- Manage and monitor progress of updating class information and teachers' work.
- Prepare teaching and learning materials for teachers and students.
- Resolve related issues.
- Other tasks assigned by management.

Job requirements:

- Completed the program or graduated from College/University
- Careful, thoughtful, good communication, persuasive, dynamic, enthusiastic about work
- Open-minded, learning spirit, and teamwork mindset
- English proficiency: good communication skills
- Teaching experience is an advantage
- Have TESOL / IELTS certificate (will be prioritized)
