To process administrative affairs of Claim section. To archive claim files; Complete specific tasks in Claims section as assigned by Claims Manager. 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To process administrative tasks of Claim section including Ingenium, workflow and CSP process; Implement other related duties requested by line manager and other functional departments in the company. Maintain a good claim record experience for the company. improving Claims process. 3. WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Maintain good relationship with direct Manager, the sales force and other staff; Communicate clearly, politely, professionally with relevant bodies; Maintain good helpful relationship with claimants and diplomatically deal with difficult claim the maintenance of the company's reputation. 4. CHALLENGES
