Job Description

Jobs related to documents and projects of medical supplies or consumables :
1. Studying the bidding documents: find out the requirements for the documents, need to prepare, assign the staff to perform
2. Coordinate with sales staff to build the list and bid price
3. Coordinating with Accounting Department to make bid guarantee documents
4. Compilation of equipment lists, quotes to store as documents for the next bidding packages
5. Drafting contracts, minutes of contract liquidation, monitoring contract performance
6. Support sales department in making quotations, official dispatches and other paperwork during the bidding process
Internal work:
1. Periodic reporting and work planning
2. Advise the Board of Directors of the Company, the Head of the Department on initiatives to improve work efficiency
3. Other arising tasks as directed by superiors
