Conduct phone calls to exchange, meet and negotiate with customers about loans in violation of credit contracts signed with credit institutions;
Drafting official letters and notices sent to clients/competent legal bodies;
Report performance results to superiors periodically, and upon request;
Promptly report to competent superiors if detecting signs of risks in debt collection activities, suspicions of fraud, forgery, etc. or situations arising outside the scope of regulations and procedures to have appropriate course of action;
Input information on debt collection results into the system; store records, vouchers ... according to regulations to serve the work of reporting and inspection.
