JOB DESCRIPTION
Search and attract talent on social media platforms, recruitment sites, offline channels and internal platforms from the company's marketing channels.
Interview, screen, evaluate and make hiring decisions and notify successful candidates of recruitment results.
Cultural integration and guidance for staff on (rules, mechanisms, procedures... and handover to department heads).
Support and care for candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
Conversion rate measurement report on: Number of recruitments, recruitment sources, recruitment efficiency.
Propose improvements to effective recruitment methods.
Coordinate with department heads and marketing department to build recruitment brand.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Age > 22 years old.
College or university graduate or higher.
Proficient in office computer skills, priority given to those who know how to use Canva.
Hardworking, enthusiastic, compliant, proactive in learning.
Proper manners, confident demeanor.
Ability to communicate well, negotiate and persuade.
Quick and creative.
